What is our Returns Policy?

Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, food items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Case-by-case Returns: Returns and refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and are valid only for genuine manufacturing defects or quality issues. Each case will be evaluated individually.

What is our Refund Policy?

We at Dhyana Exim take pride in doing our best for our customers. However, if one is not satisfied with the taste or quality of our product and wants to claim a refund, we provide you with a 100% refund guarantee. In such a case the return has to be initiated in 24 hours of order received. The returned item should be considerably unused.

Please note that the return shipping charges is to be paid by customer.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

Dhyana Exim allows its customer to cancel its order within 3 hours after their order is confirmed. However in case the order is still not processed or shipped Dhyana Exim still allows the customer to cancel the order as credits which can be used for further purchases anytime in future. But once the shipment has been done there shall be no cancellation.

Please note that ,Dhyana Exim shall not be liable for any delay /non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization, manufactures/shops, vendor, flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond control of Dhyana Exim.

Unboxing Video Requirement Policy

To ensure quick and valid claim processing, we strongly advise all customers to record an unboxing video when opening their package. This video serves as proof in case of any missing, damaged, or defective items.

Claims will not be accepted or entertained without a clear and unaltered unboxing video. Ensure that the video captures the full process from start to finish, clearly showing the condition of the package upon delivery.
